Welcome to eSIMPOSA, a global digital platform offering eSIM connectivity, mobile services, and digital distribution tools. By accessing our website, mobile platform, or services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
These terms apply to:
Individual customers using eSIMs globally.
Retailers or resellers accessing our partner portal.
Service providers offering white-label or API integrations.
2. Services Provided
eSIMPOSA offers:
Local and international eSIM plans for travel, roaming, and everyday use.
Digital delivery of mobile data and connectivity via QR-based eSIM activation.
Retailer and reseller onboarding for distribution and commission-based sales.
3. Global & Local Compliance
eSIMPOSA operates in accordance with:
GDPR (EU) for data protection
Australian Telecommunications Act
Local KYC (Know Your Customer) and ID verification laws in the countries where services are offered
It is your responsibility to comply with the laws of your own jurisdiction when using or distributing eSIMPOSA services.
4. Retailer & Partner Agreement
Retailers and resellers must:
Complete identity and business verification (KYC/AML as applicable).
Abide by eSIMPOSA’s acceptable use policy and pricing structure.
Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and support queries.
Not engage in fraud, SIM misuse, or violate local telecom regulations.
Violation of any clause may result in immediate suspension or legal action.
5. User Responsibilities
As a user or customer, you must:
Provide accurate details at the time of activation.
Use the eSIM only for lawful purposes.
Not resell or misuse any digital services unless explicitly authorized.
6. Commissions and Payments
Retailers and agents are entitled to commissions based on the activation and ongoing recharges as per the agreed rate card. eSIMPOSA may audit or revise commission structure with notice.
7. Suspension or Termination
eSIMPOSA may suspend or terminate access without liability if:
There is a breach of terms or unlawful activity
Required by local regulatory bodies or partner networks
8. Limitation of Liability
eSIMPOSA will not be held liable for:
Third-party network failures
Inaccurate usage by end-users
Delays caused by carrier or regulatory action
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be governed under the jurisdiction where eSIMPOSA is incorporated or operated, unless otherwise required by law.
